Ticket Information
CBUSArts is the official ticketing source used by the McCoy Center. Tickets from third party re-sellers are not guaranteed to be valid, and we are not responsible for fraudulent tickets.
Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
In the rare event of a cancellation, we will make every effort to notify patrons beforehand, often by email. Refunds are processed at the location you purchased your ticket. Please contact the CBUSArts Ticket Center if you have any questions at 614-469-0939.
If the show goes on as scheduled, we are contractually obligated to pay the performers. Therefore, we do not offer weather-related refunds.
Will Call
The Box Office at the McCoy Center will open one hour prior to the performance. Please bring a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase tickets when picking up.
Ticket Policy
All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. In the interest of preserving affordable ticket prices for all patrons, the McCoy Center for the Arts is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.
